Summary:

In Recruiting, our partnership with the business is a core strategic driver of Facebook’s success and ability to hire top talent. We are looking for an experienced Engagement Program Manager to partner closely with our different Product Groups to drive cross-functional initiatives and reporting for employee outreach, interviewing, closing activities and referrals. This is a highly strategic and impactful role within Facebook Recruiting, with a significant amount of business facing responsibilities.

Required Skills:

  1. Act as business-facing Program Manager for all operational recruiting needs for aligned Product Group (PG), working in close partnership with designated Recruiting Business Partner (RBP)

  2. Become a subject matter expert on Product Groups in order to leverage business acumen when customizing operational strategies to align with PG specific hiring needs

  3. Prep and customize reporting for Recruiting Scorecard and additional reporting for the Product Group as needed

  4. Develop and execute scalable, on-going programmatic initiatives to support product group recruiting activity goals across Employee Outreach, Interviewing and Sell Calls

  5. Increase Product Group Referrals by executing on a referrals strategy for the aligned product group, including everything from running talent drives and email campaigns, reporting on progress to highlighting key needs

  6. Partner closely with the referrals team to be an ambassador for the referral brand, know the referral process inside and out and align on best practices and insights

  7. Build relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners across the Product Group in order to influence and drive awareness of referrals progress and understanding of the program to increase employee referral sentiment

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of relevant experience within the recruiting field

  2. Knowledge of referrals processes and strategies

  3. Experience working closely with senior hiring partners and leaders to drive strategy and recruiting initiatives

  4. Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio or other process mapping software)

  5. Leadership skills and executive presence with business partners, RBPs and pipeline owners

  6. Data driven with experience generating reports and driving action based on results
