Job Description About The Role

Under the direction of the ERCM Program Admin, the primary focus of this role is to analyze, design, develop, and implement Workflows based on the Enterprise Workflow Software (JHA EWF). The functions in this role include Workflow Development, Deployment, Maintenance, Engineering, Business Analysis, and End User support and training. Using fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures, the goal of this position is to build efficiencies in business processes. The Enterprise Workflow System Administrator must effectively communicate with the team, clients, and stakeholders in gathering requirements, designing, coding, and implementing the solution from inception through maintenance of the project. Participates in in-depth dialogues, conversations and explanations that can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance.

This is a Corporate position which may be located at an available bank division location in Kalispell or Missoula, MT.

The entry rate for this position is $54,259.92 per year and will vary based on where the employee is located for work. All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Under the direction of the ERCM Program Admin, provide governance and oversight of the JHA Enterprise Workflow system which include: Engineer, build, test, and troubleshoot workflow definitions while working close with the GBCI business units. Plan and manage all system administration activity within JHA Enterprise Workflow including program expansion, periodic system updates, workflow publishing and maintenance as well as documenting published workflows. This process includes conducting discovery calls with both corporate and division staff to outline the business process for new potential workflow solutions, or updates to existing workflow definitions. The Enterprise Workflow Administrator also provides updates to existing workflow definitions based on end user requests, as well as ensuring workflow definitions meet strict compliance requirements.
* Responsible for developing strong relationships with users and managers, at all levels and across enterprise. Coordinate with user groups as well as fosters dialog and decision making across enterprise. Support, develop and maintain Job Aids, and Procedures covering the handling and use of all workflow and assets to ensure integrated operations and compliance. Responsible for maintaining a current content systems and workflow training curriculum and delivery model to onboard new users, improve skill sets of current users and manage upgrades. Once workflow is published, develop according job aids and training materials to assist staff in completing workflow tasks according to outlined procedures.
* Maintain and work with IT resources on the JHA Enterprise Workflow solution by maintaining stability and version updates and compatibility and performing the needed System Administration functions. These can include user or group creation and configuration, monitoring workflow performance, reporting issues to the IT leads, and developing.
* Stay current on assigned reading and training to develop and maintain knowledge of ECM legal, regulatory, and policy matters. Assist in the development and maintenance of procedures to ensure adherence with company policy and regulatory requirements.
* Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.

Education Level
Bachelor's Degree
Business, Information Systems, or other related discipline.
Experience Level
3 years
Developing workflow solutions including hands-on design, development, deployment, and documentations.
Advanced Experience
Workflow platforms such as JHA Enterprise Workflow or other ECM related software that require a working knowledge enterprise workflow system administration including the setup of users, groups, security permissions, Active Directory integration, line-of-business integration and external system calls.
Beginner Experience
Experience transitioning paper-based documents to electronic formats, including imaging paper files and indexing documents to image repositories that leads to the ability to leverage those assets in the building of complex workflows.
Knowledge Of
Working knowledge of SQL Queries, and XML procedure calls.
Knowledge Of
Both desktop and server operating systems and file systems
Beginner Experience
Business analysis and/or project management skills and experience.

Additional Requirements
Occasional travel required: (less than 10 days per year) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities.
