SHI Global Cybersecurity Sr. Solutions Architect in Helena, Montana
This role will identify customers' business needs and assist them in developing theirCybersecurity Security Strategies. This individual will perform strategic consulting,workshop delivery, and project roadmaps and strategize in the design of solutions mapped to
the customer's business objectives. Working closely with the sales teams and cyber practice, the goal is to identify technical opportunities and shape them into solutions.
This position is a remote position with a Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Strive to understand our customer’s business needs and assist them with developingroadmaps for their IT Transformation Strategies
Demonstrate an understanding of the competitive landscapes around emergingtechnologies and their applicability to Global customer segments
Strategize with extended teams in the design of modern enterprise security solutions mapped to the customer’s business objectives
Ensure we are delivering customized, relevant, and audience-appropriate messaging tostakeholders from C-Level Executives to Engineering
Identify supporting multi-disciplinary requirements to increase the potential value derivedfrom technologies such as Cloud, Compute, and Storage with an emphasis on the Application
Evaluate and create multi-OEM reference architecture designs following appropriate design procedures and policies
Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to architect, design, and maximize the valuederived from SHI and partner security offerings.
Mentor / Guide Sales and Solutions teams on engagement tactics and strategies tied to high-impact opportunities.
Participate in discovery calls and the development of strategies for expanding anopportunity across and into adjacent solution areas.
Deliver workshops to customers around emerging technologies, IT operational efficienciesand the modernization of IT toolsets.
Develop roadmaps that create manageable paths to operational efficiencies and theadoption of new and emerging technologies
Lead proposal creation and presentation process in conjunction with Sales, Solutions, andOEM Partner teams.
Support OEM partner-specific programs.
Provide thought leadership by staying current on innovative technologies and embracing theadoption of new partners or solution components
Represent SHI at relevant industry events
Travel as needed for the business.
Creating designs to help organizations get the most out of their enterprise infrastructure while maintaining appropriate design procedures and practices
10+ years working in customer-facing and customer-support roles.15+ years of industry experience.
Strong fundamental understanding of technical security solutions and how they address customer risk exposure within the following core pillars:
Identity Management; Data Security; Application Security; Data Center/Cloud; Threat and Vulnerability/SecOps, and Security Program Governance
Strong fundamental understanding of security services engagements with the ability to determine opportunities and craft statements of work.
Excellent organization, communication, verbal & written skills
Ability to frame customer business imperatives and inspire confidence with a variety ofinternal and external constituents
Ability to build alliances and seek cross-functional support to achieve success
Ability to drive results with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to self-study and independent work to increase customer relevance through jobrelated knowledge and skills
Ability to think strategically, create Customer alignment, develop complex solutions,motivate, mobilize, and lead resources to deliver exceptional results
- IT Industry Certifications for OEM solutions, Cloud Providers, Security, and IT Frameworks, and Industry generalized certifications desirable
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
