Overview of Job Function:
At Verint, the Go-to-Market (GTM) team drives the strategy for how we take our industry-leading cloud solutions to market. The senior manager of GTM operations will work with the GTM team and leaders across Verint to manage launches for solutions and offers. Additionally, this role will work with the team to establish processes for how we execute on our deliverables to the organization and how we measure our success. Reporting to the vice president of GTM operations and sales enablement, this position will play a pivotal role in helping Verint define and execute how we go to market across our solution portfolio.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
Ability to lead and drive assigned projects across a highly matrixed organization, ensuring milestones and deliverables are completed according to plan. This may include but is not limited to cross-functional launch plans.
Facilitate cross-functional work streams to update content assets related to release contents (feature by release matrices, solution briefs, etc.) for all products in the portfolio
Establish and manage win-loss process globally in close coordination with the sales organization.
Manage a partnership opportunity pipeline and work simultaneously with a portfolio of current partner companies.
Create and maintain collaboration site(s) to support offering councils and other internal workgroups; communicate timelines and updates to members; roll out common elements for consistency
Support launch of GTM Balanced Scorecard. Document supporting information. Manage periodic updates to the scorecard from data sources and input from the team and communicate out to the organization.
Manage reviews and updates needed to internal reference documents and tools, moving them forward through governance processes through to published content.
Identify and prioritize areas for execution and operational improvement. Drive impactful process improvements and overall go-to-market strategy through the initiation of ideas, cross-functional alignment, and execution of change management.
Bachelor degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
10 years of professional functional experience (e.g. consulting, sales operations, marketing operations, customer operations, or business operations).
Ability to bring alignment, negotiate and influence stakeholders, to drive projects to completion.
Proven ability to work proactively cross-functionally with all levels including executive management.
Ability to lead multiple detailed projects and program elements in a fast-paced challenging environment.
Exceptional communications skills, with the ability to communicate and present effectively to multiple levels across the organization in both one-on-one and group settings.
Efficiently work with and leverage various technology platforms to maximize effectiveness; proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Teams), CRM, marketing automation tools and SharePoint online
Up to 15% travel required.
Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations
The ability to obtain the necessary credit line required to travel
Experience with CX portfolio solutions and customer engagement technology.
Experience working in a SaaS environment.
