Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for the leadership and ownership of Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC's) Individual and Family Plan sales, distribution, marketing, channel performance, and member growth. The Head of Individual an dFamily Plans Sales is accountable for business performance improvements, refinement of the operating structure to better perform Retail capabilities, pioneering market leading solutions offerings, and ultimately keeping members Blue for Life . This entails partnering with external and internal stakeholders to obtain, manage, and retain a successful block of business. The leader is responsible for developing and building the strategy on Retail growth, sales channel markets, community outreach, client and member issue management, and network opportunities in collaboration with local plans in order to ensure the infrastructure is in place for sustainable growth. The leader is responsible for establishing or improving sales platforms and expanding market offerings with innovative solutions. This position also leads teams that develop and analyze market strategies, performance measures, and financial measures, and is responsible for the compliance of those teams.

Required Job Qualifications:
\* Bachelor degree and 15 years of experience in the health insurance line of business
\* 7 years of direct management experience with increasing responsibilities, leading sales personnel and sales operations
\* Top leadership experience in a health insurance sales operations
\* Experience successfully bringing Retail products and programs to market
\* Knowledge of implementation and operationalizing government business
\* Experience developing sales strategies and measurements
\* Experience with or experience being accountable for profit/loss
\* Operational knowledge, financial acumen, and understanding of the rapidly changing healthcare government market
\* Experience with Retail sales and products, In-depth knowledge of Retail business models and sales strategies
\* Must have valid and current State General Agent Life/Health Insurance License
\* Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Min $ 142,800+ depending on experience
