Facebook is seeking an HR Program Manager to support our Global Tech organization. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Facebook culture as the organization grows and scales. To help us understand and design this experience, we are looking for a strategic, creative, action-oriented HR Program Manager. This role will work with our Tech and Facebook HR teams and cross functional partners to scale support to drive strategy and scale programs both within specific high growth orgs within Tech and across our Global Tech Organization as a whole.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop a forward looking approach for large Tech orgs that will support the Global Tech team's community wide goals and focus areas

  2. Partner closely with regional/international HR partners on global strategy and execution

  3. Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, HRIS, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions for a scaling business

  4. Based on data and insights, develop and drive tactics to improve the experience people have working at Facebook

  5. Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs

  6. Partner with HR Business Partners to incubate and scale new programs designed to increase engagement, employee capability and support implementation of company wide people programs

  7. Attend, and potentially facilitate, team and offsite meetings as needed

  8. Act as project manager for major HR initiatives, integrating diversity of perspectives into design and delivery approaches

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of consulting and program management experience

  2. Project management/change management experience

  3. Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership experience

  4. Consulting, coaching and facilitation experience

  5. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of the technology or Internet business

  2. Experience helping global organizations scale

  3. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities

  4. BA/BS degree

  5. HR Program Manager or HR Business Partner experience

  6. Demonstrated project management/change management experience

  7. Experience thinking and prototyping ideas
