Facebook Integrated Marketing Manager, Global Diversity in Helena, Montana

Summary:

Facebook’s Global Attract Team is seeking a creative and qualitative marketer to join our diversity focused employment brand team. In this role, you'll promote Facebook as a great place to work and authentically communicate our unique culture to diverse audiences. You will be responsible for scaling strategies and executing go-to-market activations to grow the top of our candidate funnel. Additionally, you will partner with our global marketing, brand and solution center teams.To be successful in this role, you'll have a passion for diversity, have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently (at both a high level and a very detailed level), and enjoy a fast-moving organization. You’ll bring an integrated marketing lens to drive and manage the development and implementation of our omni-channel go-to-market strategy including: creating the roadmap, socializing with stakeholders, evaluating competitive marketing insights, tracking program metrics and benchmarks across our regional and global programming. This critical role on the Recruiting Team will benefit from close partnerships with Corporate Diversity, Central Diversity Recruiting, People Operations and organization leaders, and requires close collaboration with leadership and diversity stakeholders across the company.

Required Skills:

  1. Drive a candidate centric approach and positively impact the candidates brand sentiment, affinity, consideration and engagement with Facebook

  2. Attract talent and manage execution efforts through targeted and segmented positioning, messaging, content, advertising, videos, event properties, communication templates and other innovative activations

  3. Support go-to-market execution for brand campaigns and industry marketing programming, displaying strong management and execution of marketing activations, including: planning, research, production, vendor and partner management, reporting

  4. Build and execute integrated and multi-channel (online and in-person) events and experiences that are boldly focused on improving the events engine through better targeting, spend, content, logistics, tactics, engagement, follow-through, management, etc.

  5. Develop audience-centric content that inspires and educates candidates. Ensure content is compelling and integrated across channels including Facebook ads, emails, landing pages and more

  6. Manage brand activations with external recruiting partnership organizations

  7. Strategically use Facebook products and services as part of optimization plans

  8. Take direction and input to consult and develop effective go-to-market strategies that are inclusive, engaging, innovative and memorable to achieve the organizational, brand and campaign goals

  9. Evaluate metrics to map overall success and maximize ROI of marketing activations by consistently evaluating metrics and providing insight-based recommendations

  10. Able to travel up to 30% of the time

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of experience in multi- or omni-channel marketing including experience designing, executing and running integrated marketing campaigns and events

  2. 3+ years of diversity or multicultural marketing experience

  3. Experience adopting a brand strategy to develop and executing insight-driven integrated marketing campaigns that drove quantitative results at local and/or global levels

  4. Demonstrated experience adapting, learning new skill sets, and gaining an understanding of operational challenges

  5. Experience leading diversity and inclusion initiatives geared towards underrepresented communities that resulted in positive business outcomes

  6. Experience producing high quality integrated event experiences from small events to large scale productions with proven results of driving conversions and ROI

  7. Customer experience focus, consultative skills and experience influencing and collaborate with interdepartmental teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of recruiting, talent or employer brand experience

  2. Experience collaborating on scaling programs, initiatives or projects globally

  3. Creative and data-driven approach to solving problems, confident with synthesizing data and making recommendations

  4. Proven skills in marketing and direct response copywriting and editing

  5. Experience predicting obstacles and establishing meetings or integration points between teams

  6. Experience prioritizing competing needs with solid reasoning and creative solutions

  7. Experience coordinating resources across multiple initiatives and teams, including the management of a global diversity calendar

  8. Experience integrating business needs into creative marketing campaigns

  9. Experience in pivoting quickly and adapt to business needs and changing candidate landscape to stay best-in-class

  10. Experience navigating ambiguity and making recommendations to move forward

  11. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs, Outlook, Google Suite, Marketing Tools (i.e. Splash, InDesign, Photoshop), etc.
