KORPI LAWN & LANDSCAPE Landscape Estimator in HELENA, Montana
Job Summary: As a Landscape Estimator for Korpi Lawn & Landscape, one will be responsible for assisting the sales team on estimating of projects, and management of the prospective installations of landscape projects and maintenance services through to fruition.
Job Functions: - Manage activities on the job sites. - Communicate and coordinate with the customer, other foremen, designer, and architects effectively for accurate completion of jobs. - Communicate regularly with Director of Operations/COO
Job Requirements: - Landscape or Construction estimating experience. - Clean driving record - Proficient in medium weight equipment operating skills - Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees - Highly motivated, self-driven individual who is detail oriented. - Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun & fast paced environment. - Strong verbal & written communication skills. As the leader this is extremely important. - Good time management skills; be available for long hours and weekends. - Ability to prioritize and multi-task. - Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background. - Clients, contractors, vendors, designers, employees, superiors - Punctual and dependable
