Oracle Lead Clinical Consultant in Helena, Montana
Responsible for driving the client through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value. Manage ongoing relationships with clients, providing account management and clinical subject matter expertise focusing on client success in utilizing Oracle's solutions. Through the use of Oracle's implementation approach and methodology, the Consultant will assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, and is accountable for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes.
An experienced professional who is a domain and process expert with a deep understanding of research, clinical practices and solutions. Partner with Oracle client Clinical leadership to form longitudinal relationships and holistically impact client performance and satisfaction through optimization activities and strategic initiatives during client project engagements. Collaborate with development teams to design and position innovative solutions in the marketplace. Leads solution design for existing and prospective external customer engagements. Identifies areas for new solution offerings. Analyzes external customer needs and exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex solutions to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product/process knowledge. Influences external customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of deals. Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated solutions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. May perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus, plus 8 year related work experience. Minimum Qualifications: At least 10+ years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: At least 1 year of licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience Degree in respective clinical expertise (Nursing, Pharmacy, Clinical Studies, Informatics, Health Care or related fieldCertification required based on area of focus: Registered Nurse - State Board, Nursing Informatics Nursing Certification - American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC), Licensed Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O)-State Board. Licensed Medical Doctor - State Board, Pharmacist - State Board, Certified Exercise Physiologist - State Board, Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist - State BoardWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position. As a Lead Clinical consultant, you will guide internal and external project teams through workflow and clinical design recommendations in complex client environments and leverage continuous process improvement techniques to promote improvements in quality of care and patient safety. You will act as the final point of escalation for clinical workflow integration risks and issues. You will partner with engagement management team to influence project strategy and drive outcomes and drive organizational and internal team initiatives.
As as a leader, you must seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution, delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed. You will lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize accomplishments. You are responsible for providing timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability and connect opportunities for your associates' development and identifying the right talent to achieve the desired results, promoting and building a diverse and cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates' skills to fill gaps.
At least 10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 3 years licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience
At least 7 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
Bachelor's degree in Clinical Studies, Health Care, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Registered Nurse - State Board
- Master's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Eligible for licensure to practice in their field or comparable global training
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
