We are conducting a search for a driven and creative team member to join Flexential’s demand generation function. This individual will be responsible for engaging prospective buyers across channels to fuel overall lead generation efforts

This highly focused individual acts as the first line of contact to engage accounts through inbound and outbound efforts, qualifying interest and generating new opportunities for the Flexential Sales teams. The successful candidate is results-driven with a relentless focus on engaging accounts to drive marketing pipeline aligned to strategic company revenue objectives.

The career path and opportunity for the Lead Development Representative role is to promote into the mainstream sales organization


  • Executes on lead generation & outbound calling program activities

  • Handles all strategic prospect interest from Marketing led inbound channels (800, chat, search, email inquiries)

  • Qualifies prospects against a specific set of criteria and solution area of interest to further the buyer’s journey through the Flexentail Sales organization

  • Actively participates in Marketing campaign development, design and execution to drive leads for sales

  • Use of Marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) to facilitate multiple aspects of the sales cycle


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 2+ years' experience in B2B marketing, demand generation or Sales, in the technology space – preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage, probe and inform – using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, inspiring and creative way.

  • Understanding of the enterprise IT buyer and influencer mindset.

  • Proven capability to serve as a collaborative team player.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. Ability to learn Salesforce.

  • Effective self-management and project management abilities

  • Problem solver and self-motivated; competitive and self-starter

  • Possess a high level of professional etiquette and integrity

Base Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $45,000 - $60,000 , however, the actual pay range depends each candidate’s experience, qualifications, and job location.

Variable Pay: Commission will be based on attainment of sales goals, and pursuant to the sales compensation plan.
