Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory.
Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.

As a Lead Strategic Client Executive, you will manage the sales process for new business opportunities to meet sales goals within a defined territory. You leverage client and benefit consultant relationships in the self-insured workforce health market to grow new business sales pipeline and create demand within assigned territory. You will also analyze market and competitive intelligence to develop sales strategies for highly competitive and complex client opportunities as well as build and maintain strategic partnerships at all levels within the client organization. You will consult with prospective clients and/or their benefit consultants on Oracle Cerner Workforce Health Services to clearly communicate strategy and vision; develop and progress innovative sales proposals that address the specific needs of the client; accurately forecast sales opportunities; lead contract negotiations; and manage pipeline and forecast to consistently drive sales opportunities to closure against a sales quota. B asic Qualifications
At least 10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education to include:
At least 3 years Sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 3 years of sales in self-funding, onsite health/wellness or third-party administration
At least 4 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist
Certified Group Benefits Associate
At least 1 year experience with Onsite/Near site/Shared site Health
At least 1 year experience with Wellness and Coaching
At least 1 year experience with Workers’ Compensation
At least 1 year experience with Contract Negotiation
Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
