JOB SUMMARY
This job is responsible for supporting all aspects of learning & development operations including but not limited to: learning portfolio management, learning management system support and consulting, data reporting and analysis, standard operating procedures, and communications. The incumbent helps to facilitate all customer requests for learning and system support. Coordinates the learning intake, governance process, and organizational communication strategy. Supports high-complexity learning management system (LMS) requests and projects and ensures accurate and efficient reporting and operating procedures. Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong, value-driven relationships with learning leadership and HR leadership. Coordinates extensively with and across multi-disciplinary functions.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with all levels of management to create and maintain a portfolio of learning initiatives, understanding demand and capacity, driving prioritization throughgovernance process and ensuring initiatives are delivered timely and within scope. Responsible for managing intake process through Salesforce, coordinating governance meetings, and monitoring portfolio status.
Handle learning management system (LMS) tickets requiring customer consulting or a high or expert degree of LMS technology, and respond to internal & external audits. Manage Salesforce tickets, emails, and instant messages in a timely manner and document the inquiry and resolution according to standard procedures.
Manage large or complex LMS projects to include scoping, project planning, LMS implementation and customer coordination, and quality assurance. Assist clients to make recommendations to improve their online training program through LMS improvements; such as but not limited to setting proper permissions and file structure.
Develop processes, tools, and templates to enable efficient, accurate, and standardized learning operations data reporting and analysis; leverage automation to greatest extent possible.
Design, implement, and evaluate best practices and standard operating procedures affecting learning operations in order to maintain an effective and efficient operation. Collaborate with federated learning partners to ensure adoption of LMS procedures.
Coordinate and manage communication strategy on behalf of Learning & Development which includes partnering with Learning & Development Leadership on topics to be presented to HR partners, coordination with Internal Communications and managing the communications plan within Learning & Development

Required
- Bachelor's degree
Substitutions
- 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree

Required
5 years of Project Management or Portfolio Management
3 years in Operations

3 years in the Healthcare Industry
3 years in Learning and Development
3 years with Learning Management systems, Salesforce or SABA Technology
