Supervises a team of consultants to manage the operational performance goals. Develops and directs work schedules and monitors workflow to achieve established goals and objectives. Responsible for ensuring the team delivers functional and technical solutions on customer engagements. Ensure that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. May participate in the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Provides coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members and take corrective actions to address poor performers. Performs administrative duties such as approving timesheets and expenses. Typically manages individual contributors
Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion. Provides technical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision, but does not have hire/fire authority. Working knowledge of product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus is important. Thorough understanding of Oracle*s products and services. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed

As a Learning Leader with Oracle Cerner , you will develop long-term, mutually beneficial strategies for clients to attain learning-enabled business outcomes. You will recommend, advocate for and obtain stakeholder buy-in for behavior change and learning solutions. You will also manage learning and behavior change projects including project scope definition, project plan development and execution, resource management, risk identification and mitigation, and issue resolution. You will Establish and execute measurement plans to assess existing learning solution effectiveness and change effort value, lead internal performance improvement initiatives, and build and maintain internal and external client relationships. Finally, you will coach other learning professionals on their project work.
At least 6 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
1 year of learning/adult education, project/program management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
5 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
- Bachelor's degree
Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
Must live within 60 miles of a major international airport
Successful completion of the Consulting Academy training program and Federal Train the Trainer (TtT) program
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
