Meta Learning Operations Project Manager in Helena, Montana

Summary:

As part of the Learning Operations team within Global Operations Learning Organization (GOLO), you'll work to lead projects and teams, drive process improvements, and partner with cross-functional partners on initiatives. The organization utilizes OKRs and emphasizes continuous improvement within our work and personal development.This is an exciting opportunity to drive social impact and strengthening user trust in our products and platform.

Required Skills:

Learning Operations Project Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Define clear project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, success metrics, and associated timelines

  2. Decompose non-technical projects into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  3. Proactively and independently analyzes information to identify specific trends/opportunities, recommends appropriate and relevant tactical improvements, anticipating future business needs

  4. Independently thinks through potential execution challenges, from end-to-end, and uses judgment to understand how actions may impact other stakeholders and communicates that in advance

  5. Regularly frames issues strategically and independently translates them into actionable insights that have key business insight

  6. Effectively manages key relationships with multiple cross-functional partners, presenting in cross-functional and global context

  7. Demonstrates leadership by facilitating communication of the team with cross-functional teams/partners

  8. Role may require up to 15% travel

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years experience leading projects, Agile Scrum teams, or Lean Six Sigma initiatives

  2. 3+ years experience using data to develop recommendations and insights to improve operational processes, achieve project success metrics, or organization OKRs

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification

  2. Agile Scrum certification such as a Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner

  3. MBA or a Master's Degree

  4. Experience with collaboration tools (Mural), process (Lucid), project management (Asana), and data visualization/discovery (Tableau)
