The position supports the roll out and implementation of the MCLSDP subgrant process through data analysis of disadvantaged subgroups at school and district level, research evidence-based literacy resources and implementation sciences; organize and set up regional meetings for subgrantees, higher education consortiums, and preschool partnerships; develop webinars, hub courses, and resources for subgrantees, assist external partners in rigorous review process. The position also provides specialist/consultant services for schools, gathers, and analyzes information regarding teacher needs and development of appropriate responses to those needs.
