The Shilo Inn Helena, MT is looking for a maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who can help ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining the operational efficiency of equipment and aesthetic beauty of the hotel property.
A successful candidate will be a hands-on, working on interior & exterior maintenance projects. We need someone who has a good general knowledge of construction practices including but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sheetrock repair, Roof repair, and general maintenance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpet/floor cleaning, plumbing, caulking etc. as instructed by Chief Engineer or hotel manager
Understands and executes preventative maintenance in all guest rooms and public areas and ensure that the hotel is in brand compliance
Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and maintain high standards while being sensitive to time deadlines
Report major repair needs to the Chief Engineer
Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items in the hotel
Greeting guests in hallways in a pleasant and friendly manner
Ensure guest privacy is respected and confidential
