Manager I – Network Data
Location : This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live with 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations and be willing to work Central Standard Time to meet he needs of our clients.
The Manager I – Network Data o versees provider database staff including day-to-day training, guidance, and workflow within a state.
How you will make an impact:
Oversees all aspects of the provider data intake process, evaluation, and outreach to the provider offices to obtain documentation to support contracting and maintenance of all provider data to ensure timely processing to meet state and federal regulations.
Supports the provider data workflow system, enhancements, testing and troubleshooting
Serves as a liaison between all functional areas to resolve provider enrollment issues and ensure uniform and consistent data and data flow to all downstream systems.
Supports impact analysis of new regulations and initiatives impacting Provider system and workflow processes
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluations the performance of direct reports.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $64,640 to $116,352

Requires a BA/BS degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years management and project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences :
Experience managing a production-based team preferred
Healthcare insurance experience highly preferred
Experience working with healthcare providers preferred
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and adjust to changing priorities
Ability to develop and execute on key business targets and strategic goals
