Oracle Manager, Oracle Health Revenue Cycle Consulting in Helena, Montana

As a Manager in the Continuum of Care organization, you will be responsible for supporting the complex needs of the Revenue Cycle consulting team. You will build and maintain strategic internal and external relationships and influence organizational initiatives, methodology, and associate development. As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that your team of consultants contribute to projects that are delivered in a timely manner, on budget, and to our client's satisfaction. This involves coaching team members to understand and manage client expectations, meet administrative expectations, and contribute to revenue activation, as well as developing required job skills. You will be responsible for assisting with project planning, assessing project risks, and managing client relationships. You will help drive implementation success by providing motivation and direction to team members, serving as an escalation point when necessary. You will complete your role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.

  • You demonstrate a commitment to driving change and developing collaborative relationships

  • You create and drive initiatives within the Continuum of Care

About your background and qualifications

  • You have at least 10+ years of professional experience and completed higher education, including 3+ years working with Cerner Revenue Cycle solution(s)

  • You have 3+ years Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) Consulting experience, offering HCIT support, project management, client relationship management or HCIT solutions

  • You exhibit exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience

  • You have a strong understanding of Cerner Millennium

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only

Hiring Range: from $76,200 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
