Hyper Experiences brings the power of the Hyper Database, a next gen high performance analytics database, to the people. We find new ways to leverage its value across a variety of use cases, helping our customers perform interactive analytics of the freshest state of data across Tableau and Salesforce products. To deliver on this promise we build a healthy collaborative and geographically distributed team environment that empowers growth and execution. We put Customers front and center of everything we do, their trust and excitement are our goal. Extracts are a central feature for Tableau, used by most customers to improve performance and impacted by features developed by other teams . We’re looking to apply our knowledge about Tableau and Hyper Database to deliver even more value to the ecosystem, while maintaining a healthy team and improving our operational systems. We continue to invest in our existing features to solve our customers biggest pain points around data volume, performance, and governance.
Who you are …
You’re Based in North America; USA, Canada
You're Experienced; You have three or more years of experience managing self-organizing teams and have a minimum of five years software development experience. I deally working with data and distributed systems. You've made some mistakes and learnt some hard lessons.
You're Self-Motivated; You take initiative, can turn ideas into action and help the team do so too. You'll wear many hats as you shift between functions.
You’re an Agile Champion ; You help the team understand how its working together and coach them to improve predictability, transparency, and accountability.
You have a Growth Mindset; You are not satisfied by the status quo and work with those around you to improve our people, systems, process, code, engineering practices.
You are Customer Focused; You regularly think from the customer perspective. You want to learn about customers, their challenges & scenarios. You guide the team towards pragmatic solutions that regularly deliver customer-delighting functionality while steadily improving system quality over time.
