Job Description

The Role :

The National Account Manager, Pure Play will be responsible for growing our Pure Play business across Wayfair, Overstock, and other strategic eCommerce-only retailers. You will grow sales by developing strategic internal and external partnerships in a highly collaborative team environment. They will also thrive in an agile and fast-paced work environment with significant autonomy to get results. Responsibilities include account management, business development and analysis, brand growth strategy definition for account, marketing program development and execution, and budget management.


  • Develop relationship with account leadership to drive Kraus into a leadership position on your respective accounts

  • Partner with Channel Manager, eCommerce to develop full-funnel media strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, OSP, and other retailer-specific Retail Media platforms

  • Drive sell-in of new launches and analyze business performance by account on a weekly basis proposing recommendations to drive eCommerce sales

  • Define and execute account growth strategies translating them into seasonal marketing plans

  • Assess performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations to improve A&P efficiency based on ROI learning

  • Improve brand exposure and optimize brand boutique on the eCommerce sites, updating content on a seasonal basis and communicating a consistent brand message online; work closely with Creative and Marketing to ensure that creative assets tailored to the eCommerce account are developed and available on time

  • Act as the key point of contact with accounts, handling and addressing daily requests, working closely with internal cross-functional teams

  • Define and handle spend budget as well as account P&L

  • Partner with Digital Shelf Manager to ensure content is fully optimized and launched on time, run A/B split tests to improve KPIs, and cross-merchandise across categories

Education & Experience:

  • Intellectually curious about the changing eCommerce landscape and addressing future needs

  • Minimum of 3+ years of eCommerce/DTC, Amazon, Wayfair, or Retail account/channel management experience required

  • Experience in Partner Home, Supplier Oasis and other account portals preferred

  • Proven Account Management skills required to build, maintain and enhance partner relationships

  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with experience making pitches to Senior Leadership

  • Self-starter and problem solver

  • Detail oriented and very organized

  • Ability to navigate, influence, and drive change in a matrix organization

  • Strong negotiating skills, with ability to develop and execute complex programs

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong project management skills and able to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well

  • Must be passionate about developing unique solutions to provide customers with a more consumer-centric online shopping experience
