Oracle NetSuite Account Executive (Eastern US) in Helena, Montana

Job Description

We are looking for a talented salesperson to join our successful and highly motivated Account Executive Team.

This position can work remotely, in-office and/or a mix of both, depending on proximity to an Oracle office.

The Account Executive is a direct sales opportunity for individuals who have a proven track record of selling complex software solution. This is a hunter role that focuses on net-new sales within a large US-based territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, you will be empowered to sell business applications solutions and related services to prospective new customers.

  • Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.

  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications.

  • Participate in the creation, presentation and sale of a complete value proposition via the telephone, internet, and customer meetings.

Responsibilities

Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years inside or outside sales experience selling software, cloud, ERP and/or SaaS solutions.

  • Hunter mentality and experience – prior background prospecting, cold calling, generating brand new leas, and building pipelines from scratch.

  • A strong understanding of Accounting Solutions, Business Solutions, ecommerce, ERP or CRM in a sales capacity is essential, as well as the ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close a sale.

  • Results-driven with proven ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.

  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.

  • Travel between 20-25% may be needed.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

Hiring Range: from $57,500 to $117,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
