Oracle Organizational Change Consultant in Helena, Montana
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

As an Organizational Change Consultant on Oracle Cerner 's Commercial Change Management team, you will collect and analyze data through interview, observation and informal discussion to understand an organization’s culture, success factors, and barriers. You will build strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. You will also need to understand success metrics, monitor change progress and provide updates on change readiness. You will also define and build a plan to address anticipated resistance and identify development opportunities for change sponsors.
At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
At least 1 year health care information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 5 years additional higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Healthcare Administration, related field or equivalent work experience
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) - Association of Change Management Professionals
At least 2 years of change management work experience
At least 1 year Oracle Cerner Millennium Solution knowledge
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
Clinical and hospital operations acumen
Healthcare workflow impact analysis
Must be located in the Kansas City metropolitan area or near a major international airport
