Pureview Health Center Patient Support Services Ambassador in Helena, Montana
Responsibilities of this career opportunity include performing patient intake and reception duties for all areas of PureView Health Center. Scheduling and confirming patient appointments; greeting and checking in patients. Interviewing patients to complete intake documents. Taking payments, assisting patients with requests for information, and performing accurate preliminary patient data entry. Maintaining records that pertain to medical, dental, and mental health. Answering telephones and directing calls to appropriate staff. Transmitting correspondence or medical and/or dental records. May receive and route messages or documents, such as laboratory results, to appropriate staff. Occasional travel required. Performs other duties as assigned.
