Our Analytics Business Partners drive the business through the lens of HR data by empowering HR leaders to integrate insights into daily decisions and strategic planning. We are looking for an experienced People Analytics Manager who has excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, and can effectively lead an analytics team, from both a stakeholder management and people leadership perspective. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting skills and experience leading team strategy and development.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead a team of Analytics Business Partners ensuring they are productive, engaged, and thriving in their career

  2. Develop partnerships within People Analytics to develop a holistic, research driven narrative for key stakeholders

  3. Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute our talent decisions

  4. Act as an internal consultant by understanding business needs, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to key business partners in collaboration with other members of the people analytics team

  5. Investigate ways to measure and visualize existing processes for internal efficiency analysis and stakeholder communication

  6. Manage multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders while balancing impact on business needs

  7. Deliver analytical, survey or research results to technical and non-technical audiences

  8. Leverage tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Visier, and Excel to drive analytics and enable client self-service on routine queries

  9. Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data

  10. Communicate statistical analyses and results, along with implications, to technical and non-technical audiences

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years experience managing a team of quantitative focused analysts or consultants

  2. BA/BS with 5+ years (or MBA/MA/MS with 4+ years or PhD and 3+ years) of consulting or corporate work experience focused on using data to uncover insights that drive action and communicating analyses to technical and non-technical audiences

  3. Experience in fields such as analytics, management consulting, sales operations, finance, compensation, or related areas

  4. Knowledge of statistical analysis (e.g., descriptive statistics and knowledge of statistical significance), quantitative research, and experience gathering and interpreting data

  5. Project management experience with multiple stakeholders prioritizing and delegating projects/tasks

  6. Experience engaging directly with enterprise-level clients and stakeholders

  7. Experience training/mentoring team members

  8. Experience working across various levels of an organization, while building trust and fostering collaboration

  9. Knowledge of data visualization principles

  10. Experience in data visualization tools and Excel (complex formulas, pivots, macros, etc.)

  11. Experience communicating technical results to technical and non-technical audiences

  12. Demonstrated team leadership, partnership, influencing and communication experience

  13. Demonstrated experience navigating a fast paced, dynamic working environment

  14. Demonstrated track record of dealing with very sensitive data, and exercising proven judgment and discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of business experience in people/human resources, serving in an analytics or strategic HR consulting role at a large multinational company

  2. Experience working with HR/organizational people data (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and other people analytics)

  3. Experience in HR analytics using HR systems and tools such as Workday, Visier, Salesforce etc.

  4. Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, demanding environment, under pressure

  5. Experience in HR project management, working on projects that impact the employee lifecycle

  6. Experienced in survey design and analysis

  7. Experience in SQL
