BIG SKY KIDS Preschool Lead Teacher in HELENA, Montana
Big Sky Kids is growing and is in need of a Preschool Lead Teacher! Responsibilities: Teaching critical language, social/emotional, and motor skills to children who have yet to enter kindergarden. Well-versed in teaching general population, special needs and learning-different children. Passionate about helping children reach their full potential and creating a strong foundation for them to build upon for a sucessful educational future. Expectations: - Must obtain good communication skills - Time management - Ability to follow and implement a daily schedule and activities - Must be a creative story teller, teaching vocabulary associated with the story - Teaching rules, respect, routines, and good behavior - Display creativity, excitement, and a love for children - Ability to foster relationships with the families - Potty Train - Punctuality Experience: - 2 to 3 years minimum experience in a licensed child care facility - Early childhood degree or Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential Retirees are encouraged to apply! Wage: $15-$17/hour (DOE)
