Summary:

Facebook Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers who value moving quickly. This job description represents different full-time roles across Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram.

Required Skills:

  1. Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.

  2. Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative products that drive value for businesses, consumers, and Facebook.

  3. Drive product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.

  4. Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.

  5. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.

  6. Leads and motivates a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintains team health.

  7. Understand Facebook’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.

  8. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norms.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years product management or related experience in Ads.

  2. Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.

  3. Proven skills in critical thinking, problem solving, and defining products that address all the relevant use-cases.

  4. Experience in growing and scaling products.

  5. Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues.

  6. Proven communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with digital/personalized ads.

  2. Experience developing social products, technologies and platforms.

  3. Experience with assessing external market forces and incorporating into product strategy/roadmaps.

  4. Experience working and influencing effectively cross-functionally and building relationships across teams, including with people outside the direct reporting chain and senior executives.
