Responsibilities
Engage Clinical and Executive Stakeholders with the Client Account Teams
Provide Clinical Executive Presence to ensure proper representation of Product Management Strategy, Roadmap, and ongoing feedback gathering
Recruit clients and manage Product Development Programs.
Recruit clients to testing and validation activities.
Support Client Facing GoTo Market Activities
Executive Presentations and Product Demonstrations
Collaborate with Client Account teams and engage Client Executive and Clinical Leadership to build client base and support client retention
Support SAO as advisors to demonstrations and education to extend the reach of Product Management
Support Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) with SAO Proposal team
Assist and participate in reference activity for Existing and New products with the Reference Program
Develop and support Value Management Activities (from development to adoption) to elucidate and capture quantitative and qualitative value achieved through adoption of Oracle Health Clinical Products. This is proactive as opposed to current state which is reactive.
Coordinate and be liaison to Marketing and Events teams for internal and external messaging and activities via print, video, webinar, podcast, internal and external conferences, and social media.
Develop and support client training materials, best practice adoption, and ongoing usage optimization.
Provide Knowledge and Content Product Management
Define, product manage, and oversee the strategy, tools, processes, and partnerships for knowledge management, content curation, and clinical terminologies and ontologies across Clinical Product Management
Support with Clinical and Informatics Subject Matter Expertise
Provide internal and external Clinical Subject Matter Expertise to support design and requirement definition, enhance and support workflow development, develop use cases, evaluate and participate in partner and industry discussions, and represent clinician needs within Clinical Product Management
Provide internal and external Informatics Subject Matter Expertise including clinical informatics, healthcare standards, and the technical infrastructure required to support the effective management of clinical data

US: Hiring Range: from $160,000 to $338,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
