Oracle Program Manager- Oracle Ace Program in Helena, Montana

Job Description

  • Work will involve processing travel requests, expense reports and other administrative tasks.

  • Plan and manage logistics for virtual and physical events.

  • Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format.

  • Problem solving and tenacious follow-through skills required.

  • Use your strong communication skills to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected.

  • Manage virtual and physical event planning logistics

  • Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to validate accuracy and process financial and compliance requests.

  • Manage projects to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's program and tactical business objectives.

  • Onboard customers to program and provide monthly metrics.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep colleagues in other organizations and time zones on task for your deliverables

  • Work is largely routine

  • Recognize situational severity and know when to push for actionable next steps toward resolution.

  • Work with cross-functional teams made up of diverse people with varied backgrounds, experiences and opinions across Marketing, Product Management, and Compliance.

  • Lead regular status update meetings and ensure productive use of meeting time, including enforcing allocated time slots for presenters. Capture and distribute meeting notes (attendees, items discussed, what changed, blockers, next steps, action items).

  • Document application requirements and project manage app development

  • Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with both internal and external partners

Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years relevant work experience

  • Strong Excel skills are needed

  • Superior project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with different groups of constituents

  • Attention to detail critical.

  • Inventory management experience, including getting quotes, ordering, inventory tracking and processing for onboarding members (quotes, ordering, shipping, certificates)

  • Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship management required to interact with management and external clients.

  • General accounting knowledge

  • Goal oriented and capable of completing tasks on time with minimal supervision

  • Bonus to have - Experience in the production of content for all media – written, video, web – and is agile to help build a highly functioning internal communications team in a fast-paced, transformative environment.

  • Summarize issues and communicate them effectively in both written and oral format

  • Strong understanding of how to prioritize tasks

  • Work effectively as a member of a team both in person and remote

  • Passion for troubleshooting and resolving unclear problems

  • Work in a fast-paced, high volume and time-sensitive environment

  • Embrace a continually changing environment and inspire change

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Recognize situational severity and know when to push for actionable next steps toward resolution.

  • Able to understand contracts and follow documented rules

  • Skilled with MS Office applications; Docusign and Confluence experience desired

  • BA/BS college degree

  • Flexibility to meet deadlines on a short turnaround.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

Canada: Hiring Range from $50,500 to $110,000 CAD per annum

US: Hiring Range: from $56,500 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

This job requires proficiency in the English language.
