The Program Manager helps to ensure the successful completion of projects that are initiated in support ofHealthEdge’sbusiness strategy.

About Global Professional Services:

Our Global Professional Services team supports customer-funded service delivery initiatives separate from standard SaaS license support activities. Examples include customer implementations, business expansion, and optimization initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Assistin driving implementation life cycle for projects frominceptionthrough delivery for new and upgraded professional services.

  • Identifynew software or services opportunities within the account and communicatetothe Account and/or Professional Services management team.

  • Generate and drive project schedules, milestones, and phase review processes.

  • Help to resolve cross-functional project related issues and work with Project Managers to implement improvements.

  • Identifythe interdependencies between the different projects in the program andmonitorthem through the different project lifecycles.

  • Measure andmonitorinternal, external and stakeholder client satisfaction and implement processes to improve satisfaction.

  • Formulate, monitor, and report metrics to measure and communicate program goals and schedules to cross-functional teams.

  • Work with functional and constituent managers/project managers to define requirements for resources and coordinate the sharing of resources.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure technology or implementation issues are quickly resolved.

  • Communication of daily status of assigned client deliverables to the quality reporting team.

  • Support the establishment of, and adherence to, operational processes to ensure that internal and external timelines are achieved related to assigned client deliverables

  • Provideproduct guidance and support to clients, Marketing, Compliance, Operations,Salesand other groups

  • Other duties as assigned

W hat you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

  • 7 to10 years of related work experience

  • Experience managing diverse cross-functional projects preferred

  • Experience within the Healthcare or within a software companyprovidingsolutions to healthcare clients preferred

  • Strong facilitation and communications skills

  • Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making written,oraland interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge and experience in delivery ofHealthcare

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities

  • Ability tofacilitatecollaboration across differing interests and agendas

  • Ability to build credibility,establishrapport andmaintaincommunication with stakeholders at multiple executive levels, including those external to the organization

  • Knowledge of software or applications life cycle

  • Excellent presentation negotiation and communication skills

  • Ability tofacilitatecollaboration across differing interests and agendas
