What You Will Do :
Guidehouse is building out increased healthcare and public finance capabilities into its provider/payer strategic consulting practice. You will be:
Providing financial analysis and projections for payer and provider clients
Leading client presentations
Providing project management for multi-step projects
Mentoring junior staff
Assisting with growth strategy of new solution
What You Will Need :
This person must have a minimum of 8 years of work experience to include the following:
Prior experience working with state healthcare finance matters
Prior experience applying creative thinking for tasks regarding supplemental payment design and oversight, CPEs, GME, and other related finance models
Prior experience communicating with a diverse array of stakeholders including CFOs, CMOs, and program and policy leaders
Prior experience and knowledge of healthcare finance underpinnings such as pricing, contract modeling, and reserving
Ability to delegate work
Experience with oral presentations and written reports
Minimum bachelor's degree or higher
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Experience providing support to clients with quick turnarounds
Ability to assess impact of new regulations on payers and providers
Intellectual curiosity and ability to draw complex conclusions from data
The annual salary range for this position is $105,700.00-$211,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
