Chemours is seeking a Regional E-Commerce Portal and CRM Key User to join our growing commercial team! This position will report directly to the North America E-Commerce Portal Leader .
The Regional E-Commerce Portal and CRM Key User is a highly visible and key role in North America for the Thermal and Specialized Solutions (TSS) business of Chemours. The successful candidate will work with the IT Solution Team and other SAP support member(s) (e.g. data coordinators and site integrators) to develop and provide support for the business’ portal needs. The role is an integral part of the development, operation, maintenance, and support structure. The individual will also be involved in efforts to ensure the portal is launched and maintained, new needs are clearly and fully identified, and that all value capture efforts are supported. Guidance will come from the TSS business team, and the individual will be a part of the TSS Regional Portal Process Owners Network.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Active involvement in, and contribution to, the region’s development and launch efforts for the portal
Work closely with other Regional Portal Process Owners and customer service representatives to ensure the back office and front office interact optimally; attend weekly portal team meetings
Analyze and recommend requested changes for potential impact and adherence to TSS e-commerce portal program design
Be the primary liaison with the IT support team on technical issues
Administer updates to sections of the website as directed by TSS Marketing and / or Portal Management to ensure fresh content
Centrally manage implementation of promotions executed within C4 (SAP Hybris)
Maintenance of applicable configuration tables in C4
Lead the execution of work to further improve portal features and customer user experience
Create and/or maintain procedures that document key tasks of the job
Train other portal team ‘key users’ to ensure suitable back-up roles exist for critical tasks
Provide feedback to the business on portal operations and analytics
Testing applicable portal changes and operations to ensure functionality before deployment
Provide external & internal training on the portal front end and back end operations, capabilities, and analytics
Collaborate with and collect feedback from other business units and industry groups on best practices, metrics, and feature upgrades
Administer mass customer communications through SFDC
Maintain stationary aftermarket US Literature order form & automated message upon submission
SFDC data hygiene & management (contact record reviews, de-duplicate efforts, maintain campaigns)
Interactions with Marketing and Marketing Communications on creating and/or maintaining campaigns
SFDC ‘Level 1 technical’ support for users
Communicating changes or upgrades of SFDC to users
Submitting and resolving user related issues to SFDC
Creating SFDC accounts for new TSS users
New user training in SFDC
Maintain US & Canadian online Bill of Ladings for cylinder returns
AHR Expo business coordinator
Support Marketing Communications email nurturing efforts (Commercial Refrigeration, AC, Automotive)
Run & Maintain regional sales dashboards
The following is required for this role:
2+ years' of relevant experience in related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in a cross functional setting
Advanced technical skills in SAP, eCommerce platforms, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
Excellent networking skills

Well versed in organizing an array of stakeholder input and deriving actions to deliver value to stakeholders
The following is preferred for this role:
- Experience with analytics visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
