In this visible and exciting role, the Manager or Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy, will be assisting with indirect go-to-market strategy and quote to cash risk management, process improvement, and optimization. This role will report to a Director of Revenue Strategy. This is a highly dynamic role that requires problem solving skills, innovation, agility and collaboration. The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a fast paced and changing environment and working across many different functions within the business and within finance. The successful applicant will have an understanding of SAAS and/or Software revenue recognition requirements, SOX compliance, and an ability to understand end to end processes.

Your impact:

  • Support and/or lead key strategic initiatives for the Revenue Management team as well as transformational, cross-functional strategic projects

  • Implement new and improve on existing processes designed to operationalize go-to-market strategies, all with an eye towards risk management

  • Assist with technical accounting research and preparing related memos

  • Assist with annual and periodic risk assessments

Experience/Skill Required:

  • 5-8 years combined Big 4 and/or Industry finance experience

  • Proficient in ASC 606 and SOX accounting standards

  • Ability to build relationships with business partners and explain risk and US GAAP to non-finance individuals

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, fast growing company where adaptability is imperative

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to articulate verbally and in writing, willingness to appropriately debate difficult issues, ability to present to a cross-functional audience

  • Ability to quickly grasp company operations and business drivers

  • Ability to read complex contracts with an understanding of how to operationalize and account for the obligations

Experience/Skill Desired:

  • Experience in the hi-tech industry

  • Experience using Salesforce, Revenue Management Software (RevPro) and Tableau

  • Experience in a deal support role, either operationally or from a compliance/approval perspective

  • Experience with project management


For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $99,200. You may also be entitled to receive bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
