We are seeking a talented and self motivated sales account executive with specialized experience focused on our cutting-edge solutions centered around conversational intelligence and helping companies replicate the performance of top-performing sales teams and customer success teams by analyzing insights for effective coaching strategies.
Zoom has an exciting opportunity for the right sales talent to be at the forefront, bringing to market a sales conversational intelligence add-on solution to our Zoom platform that turns conversations into insights to improve performance, deliver better customer experiences, and streamline the deal closing process. These insights serve as the foundation across the entire sales organization to improve coaching DNA and successful sales performance results.
Key Areas of Responsibilities include:
Demonstrate expertise to clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
Develop a strong understanding of key product differentiators, sales methodologies and processes
Ability and experience to lead a discovery sales call.
Be an innovator that will help our global company discover new ways to sell our service and drive new business initiatives
Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs
Work closely with internal teams to drive customer feedback and improve product
Utilize Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
Partner with Product/Engineering on roadmap requirements
Enable our account executive sellers to recognize a Zoom Sales IQ opportunity and understand the benefits of our integrated platforms.
Deliver on-site and virtual learning & customer engagements
Maintain current sales performance coaching software industry and product knowledge
Willingness to flex hours to support global partners as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
5+ years SaaS and enterprise software experience
Experience in the AI/ML/intelligence space is a plus, but not required
You have excellent leadership skills and are successful in matrixed organizations
Comfortable selling to VP, C-Suite executives, and sales leaders, navigating through multiple decision makers in an organization
Experience selling to sales leaders a plus
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
Strong presentation skills to create engaging messaging, training material and supporting resources.
Experience leading others with product/services training; best practices; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials.
Ability to evaluate complex processes and apply critical-thinking skills & develop new systems
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment
Multilingual is a plus
