Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drives technical (HL and LL) design and development for major components of focused solutions

  • Offers best practice advice and recommendations to clients often extending beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture and CRM strategy

  • Engages with Enterprise Architects regarding technical architecture and details of Salesforce and integration/migration

  • Leads technical requirements gathering and/or design workshops for complex projects

  • Provides overall Salesforce technical expertise

  • Provides overall systems architecture expertise in order to relate to and build upon existing client environments

  • Architects creative solutions that solve our client’s business and technical problems

  • Leads and facilitates project discovery to define business, functional, and technical requirements

  • Defines business processes using CRM & SFDC best practices

  • Develops data integration, migration and deployment strategies

  • Builds & Deploys Salesforce solutions

  • Lead Proof of Concepts and technical solutioning

  • Manages and mentors junior team members. Work with development team in reviewing the technical designs and provide the details for implementation.

  • Works with clients to understand their needs, provide meaningful solutions and build strong relationships

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

10 or more years of experience with developing and implementing applications

8 or more years of experience with major tasks, deliverables, formal methodologies and disciplines for delivering new or enhanced applications

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • 4+ years of systems implementation experience with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community)

  • Deep understanding of SFDC conceptsand best practices.

  • Experience in Apex , VisualForce, LWC custom development.

  • Experience with Data Loader, CPQ is a plus.

  • Must have experience in developing System Architecture Documents

  • Strong technical writing skills.

  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification required.

  • Nice to have any domain architect certificates.

  • Experience with both agile and waterfall implementation methodologies.

  • Experience with Release Management process automation to

  • Experience with Copado or Jenkins automation.

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $115,005.00 - $135,300.00 - $148,830.00
