Huntington National Bank Salesforce QA Testing Analyst- Lead in Helena, Montana
Description
Responsibilities:
Salesforce QA Tester will be responsible for the design, documentation, and execution of manual test cases, and scripts across all stages of the software development life cycle (Agile/SCRUM)
Secondary responsibilities require knowledge of Salesforce to perform administrative tasks such as User creation, configuration, data loading and manipulation, running scripts, and manual deployment activities
Prepare functional, non-functional and User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases
Prepare test cases from user stories created for the project
Execute test cases (automated or manual), analyze results, and ensure issues are addressed
Collaborate with Vendor team and Commercial IT and Business teams to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
Work proactively with the project team to find and fix defects
Adhere to best practices in testing while continuing to improve the quality and productivity
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related field of study
5 years of QA testing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Expert level Quality Assurance experience with Intermediate level SFDC QA experience
Experience with Project Tracking software
Preference for a certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201)
Experience aligning QA processes with Agile/Scrum methodology, sprint planning and execution
A high degree of skill in troubleshooting, characterizing, and describing software defects
Experience building test plans, test cases and test scenarios
Background with end to end testing process and methods in Salesforce environment including System Integration
Experience with API testing
Have In-depth understanding of Salesforce capabilities and constraints
Experience with defining and reporting QA metrics for defined releases
Knowledge of DevOps & Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment
Knowledge of performance, security, latency testing
