Job Details

This role will primarily be focused on managing data & process improvements projects for the Business Operations team. Business Operations team (as part of Revenue Operations under Finance) supports the Product & Pricing, Partner, and Q2C operations. Our vision and goal of this team is to lead and optimize our programs, processes, data governance, and engagement models to scale our business.

This position requires problem solving, attention to detail, superb project management skills, ability to influence stakeholders and drive process optimization, competence to work with senior executives, and excellent communication skills. You must possess a positive attitude, the ability to switch priorities and maintain grace under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess process impacts for both technology and business projects; lead analysis on identifying impacts and drive changes to the organization

  • Provide analytics and recommendations in support of capacity planning, forecasting, and reporting

  • Partner with the various internal teams to provide analytics around their KPI or current processes

  • Conduct ongoing analyses after changes have been implemented, to ensure that they are producing the desired outcomes

  • Learn and execute Tableau for Product Operations, Quote to Cash Operations and Partner Operations

  • Provides regular updates with key deliverables/milestones to leadership to ensure proper alignment with goals.

  • Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data remaining up-to-date on industry and market trends for technology companies especially in Subscription/SaaS model to develop and present innovation recommendations

  • Work effectively within cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and provide data insights

  • Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success

  • Understand business processes surrounding product, quote to cash, and contract lifecycle management; the flow of data within and between processes, and recommends process improvements

  • Assist in SOX related initiatives and process/control improvement initiatives

  • Audit to ensure compliance; identify process and performance defects

  • Run necessary monitoring reports and analyze for required actions

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of project, process improvement and program management experience; previous consulting/advisory experience a plus

  • PMP Certification, Salesforce Certification a plus

  • Understanding of financial audit and financial and operational internal control methodologies and terminology (e.g. COSO), as well as the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002 and Audit Standard 5, including documentation and testing would be a plus

  • Experience in Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean or other process improvement methodologies

  • Experience using analytics or statistical software (Tableau, or similar) and light coding (e.g. SQL) considered an asset

  • Strong analytics skills in Excel (or similar) to analyze data to develop insights and make data-driven recommendations

  • Highly organized and proactive, able to make decisions when faced with ambiguity.

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.

  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure

  • Experience with business process expertise around implementation of tools and automating manual processes

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) as well as proven relationship-management skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels, including senior executive levels

  • Extreme attention to detail

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $80,400.
