Change Healthcare Senior Business Intelligence Analyst/Product Owner in Helena, Montana

Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst/Product Owner Overview of Position

Change Healthcare has a need for an experienced analyst who can create meaningful analyses that successfully communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders up to the executive level. The position will be responsible for defining the product vision, identifying growth opportunities, assessing value, developing business use cases, and maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog. The ideal candidate for this position will be knowledgeable about business intelligence trends and best practices and have experience with pharmacy benefit management.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in languages such as SQL, Python and R

  • Experience creating data visualizations in Business Intelligence tools such as TIBCO Spotfire

  • Knowledge and experience in statistical analysis

  • Experience with pharmacy benefit management

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects with limited management oversight, including timelines, tasks, teams, group dynamics, etc.; Excellent organizational and time management skills.; Attention to detail

  • A strong team player, a bias to action and ability to influence without authority while directing and motivating the product development team.

  • Can conduct surveys to determine most appropriate features to add to a new or existing product; Adept at working with user groups and development team to obtain and analyze user stories.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 5+ years working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, MS Power BI, TIBCO Spotfire

  • 5+ years in a data or reporting analyst role

  • 5+ years working with MS SQL

  • 3+ Years prior experience in hands-on product delivery life cycle

  • In-depth knowledge of Lean/Agile principles and frameworks including Scrum, Kanban Method, and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems etc.)

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Experience working in pharmacy benefit management

  • Experience working with financial data - nice to have

  • Experience working in Amazon Web Services (AWS)/Amazon Redshift

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

General office demands, remote work environment.

How much should I expect to travel?

Less than 10% of the time
