As a Senior Client Accountable Executive within CommunityWorks, you develop and manage a community or critical access client relationship, including business management, delivery, economic performance, and integration with Oracle Cerner . You will manage a large or strategic client relationship and advocate for the client within Oracle Cerner . As a key member on the team, you will build and maintain relationships at all levels across the client organization and oversee all Oracle Cerner -related engagements with the client to achieve consistency in strategy. You will provide oversight of implementation delivery to ensure that value is delivered to the client as committed. In addition, you will continuously grow the reference-ability of the client and ensure clients actively promote the value of the Oracle Cerner relationship, develop and advance opportunities through the sales process to deal closure to meet quarterly sales quotas, manage client profitability, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-off processes and contractual interactions. At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 2 years sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
High School Diploma
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Master's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Client management work experience
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Willing to travel up to 60% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
