JOB SUMMARY

This job is a part of the Account Management team at Tonic, Highmark Health's internal creative entity. The role will support the account team that brings a creative idea to life that strategically resonates with our audiences while delivering on business needs. The senior creative project manager will collaborate with business groups in assigning of resources, manage creative business needs, develop functional creative timelines, and oversee the internal processes and communications from start to finish. This role will support collaboration within the team to ensure all internal and external stakeholders understand the creative production Tonic develops. The role will work closely with the creative activation management and development teams (internally and externally) to ensure work is timely, on production, within budget, escalating issues and potential solutions within the teams. The senior creative project manager will support the creative project management team along with other strategic marketing partners and leadership ensuring work remains on strategy, on schedule, on budget, and aligns to the brand standards.

EDUCATION

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or other business related field

Substitutions

  • 5 years of related and progressive experience in advertising, marketing, or creative management in lieu of Bachelor's degree

Preferred

  • Master's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or other business related field

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 5 years' Project Management Tools

  • 3 years' agency experience

Preferred:

  • 3 years' coordinating creative campaign execution

  • 3 years leadership or mentorship experience

  • 1 year budget planning and tracking

LICENSES or CERTIFICATIONS

SKILLS

  • Project management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline driven environment

  • Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems

  • Strong attention to data

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and MS Project

  • Outgoing personality; ability to effectively interact with team members

  • Highly motivated and proactive attitude

Pay Range Minimum:

$67,500.00

Pay Range Maximum:

$124,800.00

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
