Employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of an integrated business solution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction. Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle’s methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure. As a project lead, assists project team with aspects of their roles. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 0-5 years of project management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Ability to travel as needed.

As a Senior Engagement Owner, you will be accountable for building external client relationships. You will manage complex client projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes. You will promote client value via identification of baseline metrics, key performance indicator (KPI) management, and resulting value objectives. You will act as an escalation point for client and project risks. You will direct and manage a team of associates responsible for project deliverables. You will support execution of cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute client and methodology vision, objectives, and strategy driven by executive leadership. You will design, build, and maintain complex project plans based on contractual commitments.
In addition, as the Engagement Owner you will have responsibility for overall people focused change management delivery for a large complex VA facility including oversight of organizational change consultants site based work. You are a key member of facility engagement management team. You have responsibility for all facility-based risks and mitigations related to change management, communication of results, data outputs, outcomes of the facility to internal and external stakeholders (status reports and monthly deliverables) for change management tactics, execution of the facility change management work plans and milestone achievement, and general oversight and inclusion of learning coordinator into change management activities.
At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education; including:
At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Experience in Organization Change Management with a people focus
Federal or government experience
Experience leading people/project teams
Change management acumen
Consulting experience with senior leadership level client engagement
Experience in the healthcare industry
MS Suite, People soft, and PowerBI
Create and maintain project plans according to contract scope
Risk identification and mitigation strategies
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
Must reside in an already approved virtual location
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
