As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
Creates and manages an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitors and reports progress/changes against the plan. Drives implementation by providing motivation and direction.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. A BS or BA in related fields. 5-7 year overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.

As a Senior Federal Project Analyst, you will, organize and lead delivery of specific project tasks or functions ensuring timelines and contractual commitments are met and quality and productivity standards are maintained. You will collaborate with project leadership to establish guidelines which define and acceptable and unacceptable risk. You will develop and implement risk management protocols to address potential or real risks within area of responsibility to minimize project impact, escalating to project leadership, as necessary. You will partner with other project stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions of work from one project task or function the next while minimizing disruption and risk. You will provide regular updates for area(s) of responsibility, including progress against critical paths, key milestones and key operational and/or financial measures. You will analyze and prepare summaries outlining the operational, financial, and contractual impacts of delays, changes or other disruptions to the project schedule and the broader project's success. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients. Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audiences. Produce, publish, and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes, and technologies analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures. Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendations.
At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education; including:
At least 2 years project/program management work experience
At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
