About the Team
We are looking for a high performing, results oriented individual to join our FP&A team! The primary role of the Sr. Financial Analyst is to provide extensive business partnering and financial support to the N. America Sales Organization. You will oversee headcount management, OPEX forecasting, management reporting and decision support for the Sales leadership team. This is a cross functional role, where you will partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Accounting and Corporate Finance to provide accurate financial forecasting, meaningful performance updates, and business improvement / insights. Comfort with data is important in this role. You will report to our Sales FP&A Lead - U.S.
About the Role
Promote standardization and automation of Headcount and Expense reporting processes
Analyze Opex variances vs. plan and provide insight to partners
Partner with the business to make trade-off decisions regarding headcount resourcing and support levels
Support Sales Leadership in finance matters including budgeting, forecasting and financial controls
Manage forecasting and close processes (monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, scenario modeling)
Guide annual budget process with business and finance teams
Assemble quarterly reporting on financial outputs, insights, and progress
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
7+ years of relevant FP&A experience
Experience building financial and decision support models, along with strong analytical, problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way
High proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with planning tools (i.e. Anaplan, Adaptive)
Previous Enterprise SaaS experience
