5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

As a Senior Revenue Cycle Architect, you will lead revenue cycle integration, workflow and technical design across all revenue cycle solutions and venues. You will influence workflow and technical decisions, articulating operational and financial impacts to client and Oracle Cerner project teams. You will participate in executive level client discussions regarding revenue cycle expectations and opportunities for improvement. You will manage and resolve project escalations as point of contact for revenue cycle leadership. You will lead clinically driven revenue cycle (CDRC) conversations across venues. You will consult with CIO, CFO, and revenue cycle leadership to define financial metrics, key performance indicators and reporting prior to conversion. You will participate in legacy accounts receivable planning conversations and decisions. You will contribute to continuous process improvement opportunities within the Revenue Cycle Architect community.
At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education; including:
At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Certified revenue professional (CRCP) American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
