The Global Safety and Security (GS&S) team protects the people, brand, facilities, and assets of the company across the globe. To accomplish our mission, we are seeking a Senior Risk Analyst who will lead the efforts to update, report on, and analyze the results of the GS&S risk assessments order to identify and report on existing or emerging risks. Risk analysis will focus on augmenting our understanding of global risk and exposures to our people, brand, facilities and assets through ongoing risk assessment, gap analysis and on the fly reporting.

The Senior Risk Analyst reports to the Senior Director of Resilience and will be tasked with the ongoing development of sustainable, scalable, and innovative, solutions that address GS&S risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs GS&S focused risk assessments

  • Plans and supports risk assessment projects including approach, scope, tactical execution tasks and timelines

  • Monitors and manages risks and mitigation efforts in partnership with Risk Owners, initiative owners and key stakeholders

  • Tracks changes in threats, impacts and control effectiveness

  • Partners with GS&S Risk Owners to track mitigation initiatives

  • Supports control mapping to risks and associated security risk frameworks

  • Acts as a trusted risk advisor for risk management across the enterprise

  • Builds relationships and coordinates with other teams and departments, including ERM, involved in ensuring alignment with enterprise risk management findings and programs

  • Maintains risk documentation including the GS&S risk register with assessment outputs

  • Manages process effectiveness, measurement and optimization

  • Provides risk expertise and training for GS&S and partnering organizations

  • Prepares reports and presentations on the state of risks and the risk program

  • Works with GRC / ERM tools supporting risk assessment processes

Qualified candidates must be able to interact positively with stakeholders across the full spectrum of business unit owners and demonstrate ownership of deliverables. Ability to build and maintain rapport, understand and adapt to nuances of different internal customers, and help maintain a sustainable and scalable program is essential.

This position resides in the Global Security and Safety Department, as a member of the Resilience Team, which is responsible for the safety, security, business continuity, and crisis response programs globally. This position will typically travel less than 10%.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Experience with Salesforce products or similar products

  • Demonstrated experience building/maintaining successful and sustainable reporting programs

  • Exceptional writing, research, and analysis skills

  • Ability to show advanced understanding of risk identification, risk assessments, and risk reporting as part of a larger enterprise risk management (ERM) system

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate to all levels of the organization, familiarity with standard qualitative & quantitative risk assessment processes

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS PREFERRED:

  • CRISC or RIMS-CRMP certifications

  • Prior experience supporting global programs

  • Experience analyzing and reporting on complicated and detailed data sets

  • Experience with Tableau and/or other data analytic tools a plus

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and use of our business solutions
