What you will do
U.S. Bank is seeking a Problem Manager with ITIL and problem resolution experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Develops, implements, enhances, and manages the problem management process, activities, and staff for a large IT Services function. Leads problem review sessions and coordinates major problem resolutions. Ensures all incidents are logged and relevant parties involved. Communicates with and coordinates activities with change management, incident management, and clients. Ensures problem or incident resolution. Ensures that accurate root cause and trend analysis are determined. Provides accurate and timely management reporting. Supervises one or more teams of problem management specialists. Motivates, develops, and manages performance of individuals and teams. #LI-REMOTE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least five years of experience with the processes, practices, disciplines and tools needed to ensure that IT services are provided as agreed between the customer and IT provider
Possess big-picture perspective, understand business goals to manage/mitigate operational risks
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Strong budgeting and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent communicator both verbally and written
Working knowledge of IT Service Management, ServiceNow or HP Service Manager recommended
ITIL Service Management Foundation certification preferred
ITSM subject matter expert in Problem Management, experience in Incident and Change Management
Research incident trends, identify repeat incidents and develop solutions for known errors
Work closely with Incident Managers on root cause analysis
Work or experience with CMDB business service mapping a plus

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $112,710.00 - $132,600.00 - $145,860.00
