Morrison-Maierle Senior Transportation Engineer in Helena, Montana
We have an exciting full-time opportunity in our Helena, Montana office for a Senior Transportation Engineer.
Opportunity: Morrison-Maierle is recruiting to fill a senior transportation engineering position. Duties will include project management of multiple complex projects as well as business development and marketing responsibilities. Tasks may include:
Proposal writing
Design report writing
Development of technical memorandum
Overseeing transportation design and providing QA/QC, managing the preparation of construction plans and specifications
Client meetings
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Transportation Engineering industry with focus on roadway design.
A professional engineering (PE) license is preferred.
Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD and/or GIS software platforms a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word.
This position will require periodic travel. Must have a valid driver license and insurable driving record This is a full-time position, but for the right individual a 30-hour part-time position would be considered.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000/year
