SitusAMC Servicing & Investor Accounting Technology Support Manager -SBO - Remote US in Helena, Montana

Position Overview:

This position is supervisory and has direct reports. This position is responsible for overseeing, implementing, and administering multiple client relationships and strategic initiatives involving SitusAMC’s SBO master servicing and loan accounting software. This position will assist clients through the entire product lifecycle from migration to production support to help them realize gains in efficiency and accuracy with our SBO product. This position will coordinate internally and directly with clients to deliver solutions working across the technology and accounting services teams. This position requires regular client collaboration, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and reporting of performance is expected in conjunction with other personnel who may be assigned to a client.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Communicates and interacts with clients via phone, email, or any other means in a prompt and professional manner as a front line point of contact

  • Help clients migrate from their existing master servicing solutions onto our SBO.NET system

  • Provide ongoing system and business support for clients including researching and resolving production issues

  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis as well as design of project plans and related implementation strategies

  • Analyze client business requirements and work with software developers to create and test new features and enhancements for the product

  • Recommend business process improvements based on in-depth knowledge of available products, services, and systems and experience developed working with numerous other clients

  • Conduct user training and maintain and update documentation and training material

  • Travel for onsite visits with current and potential clients

Lead staff. Develop, mentor, and provide guidance, training and motivation as necessary

  • This position supervises and mentor's others

  • Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent combination of both education and experience

  • 6+ years of experience in master servicing, loan accounting, investor accounting, or investor reporting functions strongly preferred

  • Strong math and analytical skills

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel including experience manipulating large volumes of data strongly preferred

  • Effectiveness and proactivity in seeking detailed information or data that either impacts clients or helps gain understanding of a problem the client has reported

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, follow-up skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in individual and group settings

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Ability to manage direct reports

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with frequent computer, mouse, keyboard use

  • Alternating between sitting or standing as needed

  • Hearing, talking, reaching, grasping

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($125,000 - $150,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
