To begin your program, you are assigned to a team based on your interests, background, and our business needs. A member of management within your area will be your mentor. Assignments are structured to develop your skills and build technical expertise in software development at Ford. You will be further supported by a variety of technical, professional training, and networking opportunities.

The minimum requirements we seek:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field of study – must be completed by start date.
6+ months of experience in software engineering (internship and co-op experience accepted)
Our Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation date by September 2023
Inquisitive, self-motivated, passionate about learning
Strong communication skills, and ability to work within diverse teams
