Deloitte Solution Architect Lead Analyst, Future of Work (Rotational) in Helena, Montana

The Team

The Workforce Strategy & Solutions team collaborates with the Deloitte businesses to formulate future of workforce requirements, creates comprehensive workforce strategies; designs, develops, and implements end-to-end workforce solutions; and designs and operates innovative strategic workforce planning efforts.

The Role

The Solution Architect Lead Analyst - Future of Work role supports the team to integrate across firmwide initiatives in support of the transformational journey to reimagine Deloitte's work, workforce and workplace. This role supports Future of Work teams and leadership to connect the dots across businesses and talent channels, and advance strategy.

Work you'll do

As a Solution Architect Lead Analyst - Future of Work, you will help support the design and facilitation of cross-functional working groups to solve complex, firmwide organizational and talent issues (e.g., measuring our people's sentiment relative to our hybrid workplace model) to support driving the Future of Work vision. You will support the development and execution of Future of Work priorities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supports the design, integration, and execution of working groups across the firm to facilitate of Future of Work projects and initiatives

  • Coordinates across multiple business transformation initiatives and strategic projects simultaneously; providing analytical support and project integration across teams

  • Supports the design and development of Future of Work solutions, including gathering business requirements, identifying gaps, designing, and implementing solution components

  • Facilitates the building and maintenance of metrics to define success, gauge progress, and drive business outcomes

  • Provides input and futurist lens on workforce, workplace considerations and Talent implications for the post pandemic environment, including but not limited to talent experience and workplace policies

  • Coordinates Future of Work efforts to ensure timely funneling and filtering of information across the Talent channel

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in consulting and/or human resources

  • Knowledge of the Talent channel business areas with the ability to connect the dots between groups

  • Demonstrated client service orientation

  • Diplomatic stakeholder management across multiple teams

  • Works well autonomously in a dynamic, complex, start-up environment

  • Strong consultative skills, strategic thinker, project management/delivery skills (organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track)

  • Strong team player, able to work across levels and functions of the firm

  • Strong written/verbal executive communication skills; strong listening, influence and facilitation skills

  • Must be able to easily grasp, simplify and communicate complex ideas

  • Strong storyboarding skills; ability to take dialogue and build executive ready presentations/collateral

  • Superior time management/organizational skills including appropriate sense of urgency and proactive approach

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities. Leverages knowledge gained through prior experience, education, training to resolve issues and remove project barriers

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)

  • Knowledge about the professional services industry; Deloitte experience
