SUMMARY OF ROLE: The primary responsibility of this role is to support the accurate and timely payroll processing of biweekly payrolls for team members across the North American Operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Payroll this Remote, US based Sr Analyst, Payroll role will support the Corporate Payroll department’s objective to focus on accurate and timely payroll processing and delivering excellent team member experiences. You will work with our payroll vendors, internal partners and end-users, supporting daily activities, identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting our project roadmap and ensuring Service Level Agreements are met. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: + Assists with day-to-day payroll operations, including payroll processing, garnishment, taxes and compliance + Ensure delivery of accurate and timely payroll processing of biweekly payrolls across the US and Canada + Manage workload through the payroll distribution inbox; monitor SLA’s and resolutions + Partners with HR to ensure the integrity of the payroll data including data related to new hires, termination, transfers, benefits, deductions, bonuses, awards and rate changes + Review and resolve payroll discrepancies and/or employee questions timely and accurately + Ensures data integrity in the payroll system and in the systems that impact payroll + Works closely with employees, payroll manager, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, and payroll vendor to resolve complex payroll matters + Participate in initiatives related to strategic projects + Assist with year-end processing, reporting, and adjustments + Responds to government agency notices and works with ADP to resolve complex tax matters + Identifies and analyzes opportunities for process improvement + Stays current on Federal, state and local laws influencing payroll matters + Provides recommendations on changes to policy, procedures or rules that influence or affect the administration of payroll Minimum Qualifications: + 8 + years of professional experience in U.S. and Canada payroll with exposure to multiple states and local jurisdictions + Knowledge of US wage and hour laws and payroll tax requirements + Experience with multiple HR/Payroll and Time & Labor systems, including ADP ProB, ADP WFN, EmpCenter, and SAP SuccessFactors + Experience in major system conversions and proven ability to manage daily work with project deadlines + Prior experience as a Senior Payroll Analyst + Ability to communicate with outside agencies and various levels of the organization + Intermediate knowledge of Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook + Advanced knowledge of MS Excel + Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data from multiple systems + Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently, self-starter, energetic, strict confidentiality is a must + Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions + Exercise creativity and resourcefulness in completing tasks accurately in a compressed timeframe + Possess a responsible, detail-oriented, results-driven work ethic + Must be capable of multitasking while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor, strong interpersonal abilities + Experience with Equity transactions Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related discipline + Extensive experience with ADP WFN + CPP/FPC designations Don’t meet every single requirement?
